Role Description

This full-time on-site role is located in Kozhikode. As a Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include identifying potential clients, conducting sales presentations, training team members, and overseeing sales management activities. In addition, you will contribute to marketing campaigns, track sales performance, and collaborate with the marketing team to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Strong Sales and Sales Management skills
  • Experience in Training and mentoring sales teams
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Proficient in tracking and analyzing sales performance
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Familiarity with the construction or pre-engineered building industry is a plus
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
