Overview :


We seek a creative and result-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team, dedicated to developing and implementing marketing strategies for our cutting-edge SaaS-based recruitment software. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, a strong understanding of the recruitment industry, and the ability to drive impactful marketing campaigns.


Responsibilities:


  • Marketing Strategy: Contribute to the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans to promote our recruitment software, including digital marketing, content creation, events, and campaigns.


  • Content Creation: Create engaging and persuasive content such as blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, social media posts, and email campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.


  • Digital Marketing: Manage digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing. Analyse performance metrics and optimise campaigns to maximise ROI.


  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns aligned with sales objectives, ensuring consistent messaging and brand positioning across all channels.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and new market opportunities. Utilise findings to refine marketing strategies.


  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to develop marketing materials, support sales initiatives, and ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales objectives.


  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Prepare regular reports and insights to guide future marketing strategies.


Requirements:


  • Basic understanding of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools to track and interpret campaign performance.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM software is a plus.
