Binocs Founder's Office role is pivotal in supporting the executive leadership team, managing critical projects, and driving key initiatives essential to the success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- GTM Strategy: Leverage your experience in sales, marketing, and go-to-market strategies to contribute valuable insights and support the development and execution of Binocs' GTM strategy.
- Core Business Strategy Contribution: Collaborate closely with the founder and leadership team to shape Binocs's business strategy. Offer strategic insights and contribute to decision-making processes.
- Provide Versatile Support: Wear multiple hats across various functions like hiring, research, sales, and marketing. Execute tasks dynamically, adapting to shifting priorities and demands.
- Effective Communication: Prepare, disseminate, and organize agendas, presentations, and briefing materials for meetings, ensuring punctual follow-up on action items and decisions.
- Manage special projects and initiatives on behalf of the executive team, from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution in business administration, management, or a related field (master's degree preferred).
- Minimum 2 years experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally in a founder's office or as an entrepreneur, with a focus on GTM strategy through sales and marketing.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Marketing and sales background is preferred, with the ability to generate inbound and outbound B2B leads and pitch ideas effectively to sell SaaS products to enterprises.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and travel globally for customer demos.
- Commitment to work from the office with high ethical standards and integrity.
