basis Work Content Updation basis Consumable Norms Infrastructure Observation Execution of ECN's as per plan.Productivity Improvement throughWaste Elimination & Automation in
Frame Assy Lines 1&2, Final Inspection
and Work content balancing and reduction in frame
Assy model Monitoring stage wise manpower Audit of stage wise manpower Identify bottleneck and do SMS reduction in Frame Variable Volume manpower setup preparation
and deploymentAs per productivity targetsExecution of CAPEX items as Capacity Capex budget planning, monitoring and
execution of Collection & Implementation of MP Safety meetings and adherence to safety Feasibility Discussion & Sign off with CFT

5) Execution of Shining projects and
kaizens for continual Feasibility Discussion & Sign off with Technical Documentation RFQ to Supplier & Commercial Installation & IMP & Shining Additional Quality Rate IMP

6) Operating cost reduction Freezing & updating Consumable Support in Finalising Budget for Plan & Execute Projects for consumable Finalising Consumable Execution of consumable Cost reduction

7) Strengthen Frame assembly shop
process for improvement in quality rate
and reduction in Potential Failure Mode & Effect Analysis of all
the Providing standard operation procedure at Optimising parameters & audit of critical to
quality Elimination of Top warranty Phenomenon (

8) Implementation of Digitization
Projects Planning & execution of Digitization Projects Execution of Parts Traceability &

9) Other Task Coordination for Activities of project selection
