Team Supervision:

Effectively lead construction teams, delegate daily tasks, and provide guidance and mentorship to crew members.

• Project Execution:

Interpret blueprints and project plans to align work with specifications and timelines.

• Safety & Compliance:

Uphold safety standards and company policies, conduct regular safety briefings, and maintain a secure work environment.

• Quality Assurance:

Monitor and inspect ongoing work to ensure adherence to quality benchmarks and project requirements.

• Communication:

Serve as a communication bridge between workers, subcontractors, and project managers, ensuring smooth coordination and timely updates.

• Resource Management:
  
  Manage materials and equipment usage efficiently, ensuring proper maintenance and availability of tools.
• Problem Solving:
  
  Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays.
• Documentation & Reporting:
  
  Maintain accurate records of daily activities and submit progress reports to the management team.
