Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accountant located in Trivandrum. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting principles, and managing tax filings. Daily tasks include analyzing financial data, managing budgets, conducting audits, and supervising accounting staff.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in financial reporting, financial analysis, and budget management
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and compliance standards
- Experience with accounting software and financial systems
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in supervising and mentoring junior accounting staff is a plus
