Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and optimize cutting-edge ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize effectiveness.- Collaborate with the content team to ensure alignment with the overall marketing strategy.- Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy.- Implement continuous improvements to the company's social advertising practices by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices.
Requirements:
- 1-7 years of experience in social media advertising with a strong portfolio of successful ad campaigns.- Proficient with tools such as Facebook Business Manager and other social media advertising platforms.- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking to assess campaign performance.- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in SEO, content marketing, and other aspects of digital marketing.- Social media marketing certifications.
