The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for non-technical roles across various departments including content, academics, operations, and support functions.Key Responsibilities:- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for non-tech roles- Coordinate and schedule interviews with stakeholders- Manage candidate pipeline and maintain accurate data- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirementsRequirements:- 1–3 years of recruitment experience (non-tech preferred)- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines- Prior experience in an EdTech or fast-paced environment is a plus
