As a Support Engineer fluent in Dutch, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of EV charging infrastructure. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: 

  • Proactively monitoring EV charging systems to maintain uptime and promptly address any issues. 

  • Providing top-notch technical support via inbound and outbound calls, assisting depot personnel with remote troubleshooting. 

  • Conducting remote diagnostics and employing your problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently. 

  • Collaborating with third-line support teams to escalate and resolve complex problems. 

  • Coordinating reactive maintenance with service partners and overseeing their on-site activities. 

  • Managing tickets diligently, ensuring all notes are up-to-date and accurately documented. 

We're looking for candidates who possess the following: 

  • Fluency in Dutch (Essential )  

  • A tertiary degree in a relevant field. 

  • Previous experience in a technical support role, preferably within an engineering environment. 

  • A keen interest in technology and a knack for learning quickly. 

  • Exceptional communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills. 

  • Demonstrated resourcefulness, creativity, and problem-solving abilities. 

  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to excellence. 

  • Familiarity with ticketing software such as Zendesk, and monitoring platforms like Grafana or Zabbix.
