Role Description
This full-time on-site role for a Safety Manager is based in Jharkhand, India. The Safety Manager will be responsible for overseeing occupational health and safety practices, conducting safety training sessions, ensuring compliance with Environment Health and Safety (EHS) standards, and investigating accidents. They will also be tasked with maintaining industrial safety protocols and developing safety plans and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
Qualifications
- Experience in Occupational Health and Industrial Safety
- Proficiency in conducting Safety Training sessions
- Knowledge of Environment Health and Safety (EHS) standards
- Skills in Accident Investigation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Safety Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Certifications in safety management or relevant areas are a plus
