ROLE SUMMARY

The Labor Statutory & Compliance Executive is responsible for ensuring that the organization complies with all relevant labor laws and PF laws and regulations. This role will be integrated in the HR Department, involves monitoring Labor related regulatory changes and implementing appropriate controls.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- 3 to 5 years of experience working in the compliance of Labor regulations in India.- Stay informed about changes in labor laws, provident fund and other regulations that affect the organization in terms of workforce and contract labor.- Control and keep records of the compliance in terms of labor laws, PF and contract labor with vendors.- Attend labor inspections and Ensure timely submission of required reports and filings to the labor and PF authorities.

Technical Skills

- Advanced MS Excel Knowledge and Power BI will be an added advantage- MBA in Human Resources/International Business Management or equivalent- Good Communication in English, Kannada and Tamil- Reporting Knowledge
