About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Voice Trainer to join our BPO-CS WMHS project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in voice training, excellent communication skills, and a passion for developing talent in a dynamic BPO environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct voice and accent training sessions for new hires and existing employees.
  • Evaluate trainees performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with operations and quality teams to identify training needs.
  • Design and update training materials as per project requirements.
  • Ensure training effectiveness through assessments and continuous improvement.

Required Skills:

  • Strong command over English language and pronunciation.
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to engage and motivate learners.
  • Good understanding of BPO processes and customer service standards.
