Job Title: Quality Control Specialist - French or Spanish Locations:

- Indore
- Hyderabad

Experience Required: 2 - 5 years Working Hours:

- Shift Timing: 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM
- Flexibility to work in the specified time zone is required.
- Perform quality assurance checks on phone calls in either French or Spanish.
- Identify and document discrepancies or errors in language, tone, and content.
- Provide detailed feedback to the respective teams for improvement.
- Maintain and update call quality metrics and reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field (preferred).
- Fluency in either French or Spanish (spoken and written).
- Having prior experience as a Spanish or French trainer.
- Have done internationally recognized language certification(s).
- For French language **DELF** - DALF (Diplôme d'Études en Langue Française).
- For Spanish language **DELE**:

- Diplomas de Español como Lengua Extranjera.
- Prior experience in handling phone calls or voice-based quality assessments.
- Familiarity with quality control systems or similar platforms.

Pay: ₹81,474.00 - ₹89,636.00 per year
