Job Title: SFMC Exp : 3 + Years Location : Chennai/Bangalore/Hyderabad/Pune/Nagpur. Notice Period : 15 Days(Only Immediate Joiners) Roles and Responsibilities : Design, develop, and execute email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to engage with customers and prospects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create targeted email campaigns that align with business objectives. Develop automated email journeys using SFMC's Journey Builder tool to nurture leads through the sales funnel. Analyze campaign performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, etc. to optimize future campaigns. Create responsive HTML emails using CSS/CSS3, HTML5, AMPScript for various devices and browsers. Job Requirements : Strong understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), including Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, Email Campaign Management. Proficiency in creating complex email workflows using Journey Builder tool. Excellent written communication skills for effective email writing.
