Job Description Teamware Solutions is seeking a skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist/Developer to enhance our digital marketing capabilities. This role involves working with relevant technologies within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, ensuring smooth operations of marketing campaigns, and directly contributing to business objectives through expert analysis, development, implementation, and troubleshooting within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud domain. Roles and Responsibilities: - Platform Configuration & Management: Configure and manage various components within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, CloudPages, and Audience Builder. - Campaign Development & Execution: Design, develop, and implement complex marketing automation journeys, email campaigns, and data-driven communications using Journey Builder and Automation Studio. - AMPscript & SSJS Development: Write and optimize AMPscript and Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS) for personalized content, dynamic email creation, and advanced automation within SFMC. - Data Management: Manage data extensions, perform data segmentation, and ensure data hygiene and compliance within SFMC. Integrate data from various sources into the platform. - Integration: Implement and manage integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other systems (e.g., Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud, CRM, external databases) using APIs. - Analysis & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance data, generate reports, and provide insights to optimize marketing strategies and achieve business KPIs. - Troubleshooting & Support: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to SFMC configurations, campaign execution, data flows, and integrations. - Best Practices & Governance: Adhere to and promote best practices for SFMC usage, deliverability, data security, and compliance (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM). - Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams, sales teams, IT, and other stakeholders to translate marketing strategies into effective SFMC solutions. Preferred Candidate Profile: - Salesforce Marketing Cloud Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud modules and functionalities (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, CloudPages). - Development Skills: Proficiency in AMPscript and Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS) for advanced personalization and automation. - Data Skills: Experience with SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and segmentation within SFMC Data Extensions. - API Knowledge: Understanding of SFMC APIs (SOAP and REST) for integration purposes. - Digital Marketing Concepts: Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts, email marketing best practices, and customer journey orchestration. - Analysis & Problem Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex technical issues and optimize campaign performance. - Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Certifications (Plus): Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Administrator, or Developer certifications are highly desirable. - Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
