a) Qualifications

§ Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree ( 4 year), MBA , Masters would be preferred

b) Work Experience

Min. 2-3 years of previous experience in marketing research is needed. Maximum 10 years of experience

c) Key Responsibilities:

§ Create collaboration with academic and research institutes to generate digital IPR for MSIL from sponsored research.

§ To explore partnerships, projects with academia, research institutes, etc. which can help enhance company competitiveness & profitability

§ Identify technologies which can be converted into business models / applications.

§ Research product information across different categories to facilitate project, ideate new content types through brainstorming sessions with your peers, seniors, etc., Conduct market and competitor analysis across various segments

§ Identification of the real needs and opportunities of research that would lead for call for research proposals

§ Ability to collaborate with external agency partners to support the business in conducting consumer research from an end-to-end perspective.

§ Present the findings to management in the form of MS Excel or PowerPoint Presentation, write various types of short form content

§ Report and escalate relevant issues to management which could hamper timely completion of pre-decided research timeline and budget

§ Foster projects based on real market demands with genuine business acceleration.

§ To plan, design and implement consumer research studies as per agreed plans; help design a business solution by analyzing and incorporating data from various research studies

§ Create an ecosystem with various user groups inside and outside the organization.

§ Ensures clear communication and interpretation of actionable research and consumer insights across a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

§ Drive excellence in drawing insights from data and connecting knowledge bases

§ Analytics and measurement capabilities using multiple data sources, use of statistical tools and models will be an added advantage

§ Mobilize research on key regulations that hampers or stimulates innovation and research.

§ Conduct an annual conference for identifying key research areas in mobility sector

§ Conduct workshops as discussion forums to build awareness among educational institutes on mobility sector research to drive participation from institutes
