Role Overview : We are looking for a self-motivated Sales Specialist, someone who has experience in calling the US market. This position demands a seasoned professional with a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach to lead generation and customer acquisition and directly calling. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in sales within the digital industry – substantial experience in direct calling in the U.S. 


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead Generation : Identify and qualify potential customers through research and prospecting.
  • Cold Calling : Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential clients. Introduce the company’s products or services and explain their benefits.
  • Pitching : Deliver compelling sales pitches to engage prospects. Tailor conversations to meet the specific needs and interests of each potential customer.
  • Handling Objections : Address and overcome objections or concerns from potential customers. Provide accurate information and build trust with prospects.
  • Follow-Up : Schedule follow-up calls and meetings with interested prospects. Maintain consistent follow-up to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
  • Sales Reporting : Track and document all interactions and outcomes. Provide regular reports on call activity and lead conversion rates.
  • Achieving Targets : Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and quotas.
  • Market Feedback : Gather and report customer feedback and market trends to the sales and marketing teams.
  • Product Knowledge : Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products or services. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Team Collaboration : Work closely with other departments to optimize sales strategies.
  • Client Management : Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients. Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.



Requirements:


Education :

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.


Experience:

  • Between 3 and 5 years of experience in sales calling, specifically with Digital Services.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and expanding customer bases within the U.S.


Knowledge :

  • Good understanding of digital marketing, such as content marketing, search engine optimization, website design, etc.
  • Expertise in sales processes and customer relationship management is desired.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal.
