Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for an Assistant Manager (AM) in Audit & Financial Management. The AM will be responsible for performing audits (
statutory audit,

IPO audit,

management/internal audit, IFC testing, etc.)
, analyzing financial statements, ensuring compliance with financial regulations (Companies Act, accounitng standards, Ind-AS, auditing standards, CARO, etc.) and valuations. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills to effectively work with clients and team members.

Qualifications

  • Strong audit experience (1-3 years other than articleship)
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Proficiency in financial statements, including consolidated financial statements
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
