CTC- 12 lpa-18 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

Statutory Audit:

  • Coordinated audits and ensured timely submission of supporting documentation.
  • Ensure audit compliance with Companies Act, Accounting Standards, and applicable regulations.
  • Prepare and review audit documentation, checklists, and working papers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors for smooth execution.

Financial Statements:

  • Prepare and review financial statements including Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow, and Notes to Accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with IND-AS and Schedule III reporting formats.
  • Perform analytical reviews, variance analysis, and resolve discrepancies.

Regulatory & Compliance:

  • Monitor adherence to ROC filings, statutory returns, tax audits, and other regulatory submissions.
  • Ensure timely reporting to senior management and auditors.
  • Stay updated on accounting pronouncements, amendments, and disclosures.
  • Key Skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of Statutory Audits, Accounting Standards (AS, IND-AS), and Companies Act, 2013
  • Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and ERP tools (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
  • Strong analytical, review, and documentation skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and lead audit teams

Preferred Background:

  • Articleship experience with Big 4 or top-tier audit firms (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Experience in auditing listed/unlisted companies, startups, or MNCs
  • Exposure to IFRS (added advantage)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,200, ₹1,800,000.00 per year
