We at Lodha & Co LLP are looking forward to hiring qualified and semi-qualified Chartered Accountants to join our Statutory Audit team.

The candidate will be responsible for auditing financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and liaising with clients to provide insights on financial matters.

Job Title: Assistant Manager/Sr. Executive- Statutory Audit(Subject to qualification & experience)

Job Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

Qualified CA:

  • Lead statutory audits for clients across various industries.
  • Review and finalize audit reports, financial statements, and disclosures.
  • Oversee audit team members and provide guidance.
  • Ensure compliance with auditing standards, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Handle client communications and manage audit timelines.
  • Evaluate internal controls and recommend improvements.

Semi-Qualified CA:

  • Assist in the execution of statutory audits under the guidance of senior auditors.
  • Perform substantive testing and documentation of audit evidence.
  • Prepare draft financial statements and audit reports.
  • Support in reviewing internal controls and risk assessments.
  • Participate in client meetings and assist with client queries.

Requirements:

For Qualified CA:

  • Chartered Accountant with 1-3 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Strong understanding of Indian GAAP, IFRS, and auditing standards.
  • Excellent communication and team management skills.

For Semi-Qualified CA:

  • CA Intermediate cleared (or equivalent).
  • Knowledge of accounting and auditing principles.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
