OVERVIEW An independent audit of financial statements is essential for the effective operation of business entities and the capital markets. Apart from financial statements audit (including IFRS and US GAAP reporting), we also provide other forms of assurance and attestation reporting. Our approach is based on robust audit methodologies, appropriate use of technology and a wide range of compliance tools underpinned by sound judgement and objectivity..   ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Work with the Audit practice to execute Statutory Audit/ Indian GAAP/ IFRS /US GAAP accounting services and related services for clients
  • Candidate is expected to work closely with the Director / Partner to build client relationships (Leadership interaction)
  • Hands on Statutory audit experience is mandatory. 
  • Build and manage a team of Audit professionals
  Additional Information THE INDIVIDUAL
  • Be a qualified CA (Max. 5 attempts)
  • Candidates should have enlisted the names of clients on their CV's very clearly.
  • Communication Skills- Strong as this is a client facing role
  • Global statutory audit experience shall NOT be considered.
  • Profiles with global practice experience will be considered if the global practice experience is 6- Months or less. (Screen reject)
    Have the below required years of post qualification experience in Statutory Audit in a similar environment(Audit and Accounting firms)
  • Associate Director / Senior Manager: 9 to 13 years experience
  • Manager: Min 6 - 9 years experience, with 1+ year as a Manager.
  • Have the ability to work under stringent deadlines and demanding client conditions
  • Be willing to travel within India or abroad for continuous/ long periods of time
  • Have strong soft skills like leadership, inter personal, team and communication skills both verbal and written
For Manager position: Only those candidates who are already working as a Manager since 1+ year shall be considered.
