You will work closely with the CTO to define and implement theproduct roadmap, own end-to-end system design, and ensure the team builds high-quality, scalable software.Key Responsibilities• Lead end-to-end architecture, development, and deployment of SaaS moduleswith a focus on performance, scalability, and security• Code hands-on while guiding and mentoring a team of full-stack engineers• Work closely with Product and Design to convert ideas into robust andmaintainable technical solutions• Drive development across:o Backend: either Python (Django, DRF) OR Node.js (Express, APIintegrations)o Frontend: React (modern hooks, reusable components), Angular (forlegacy systems & feature updates)o Cloud/DevOps: AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, CloudWatch, VPC)• Set and enforce engineering best practices: code quality, CI/CD, observability,and security• Ensure systems are fault-tolerant, cost-efficient, and easily maintainable• Contribute to technical hiring, sprint planning, and code reviewsRequired Skills & Experience• 5–8 years of full-stack development experience, including 3+ years in atechnical leadership role• Strong execution ability: able to own features end-to-end and guide others todo the same• Proficiency in:o Python (Django, DRF)o Node.js (Express or similar frameworks)o React (state management, component design)o Angular (routing, legacy support, component-based updates)• Deep understanding of AWS services and cloud deployment pipelines• Experience with RESTful API design, relational databases (PostgreSQLpreferred), and async processing (e.g., Celery, SQS)• Practical knowledge of Docker, Git, and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, AWSCodePipeline)• Strong debugging, architectural, and problem-solving skills• Excellent communication, with a product-driven mindsetNice-to-Have Skills• Experience in SaaS security/compliance (SOC 2, multi-tenancy, data privacy)• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, AWS CDK) or containerorchestration (ECS, EKS)• Exposure to document processing, PDF parsing, or Generative AI tools What We Offer• Strategic leadership role in a fast-scaling AI & InsurTech startup• High ownership of critical systems and influence on tech roadmap &team culture• Competitive salary with performance-linked incentives• Flexible remote/hybrid work setup• Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI solutions with global impact
