Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Leadership & Business Growth Develop and implement business strategies to expand the company’s presence  in the ELV industry. Identify and pursue new business opportunities  in infrastructure and security solutions. Collaborate with key stakeholders to align business goals with market trends. 2. Operations & Project Management Oversee end-to-end ELV project execution , ensuring timely delivery and quality standards. Manage resources, budgets, and timelines to optimize project efficiency. Implement best practices for procurement, installation, and maintenance  of ELV systems. 3. Team Management & Development Lead, mentor, and train the sales, technical, and operations teams . Foster a high-performance culture with a focus on continuous improvement. Ensure effective communication and coordination among departments. 4. Client & Vendor Relations Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors . Negotiate contracts and service agreements to drive profitability. Work with vendors to ensure the best pricing and quality for ELV components. 5. Compliance & Quality Assurance Ensure all projects adhere to industry regulations and safety standards . Conduct quality audits and implement corrective actions where necessary. Maintain updated knowledge of ELV technologies and compliance requirements. Key Requirements: ✅ Education:  Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. ✅ Experience:  6+ years  in ELV systems, security solutions, or infrastructure projects. ✅ Technical Knowledge:  Strong understanding of CCTV, access control, fire alarm, networking, BMS (Building Management Systems) , and other ELV solutions. ✅ Leadership Skills:  Proven ability to manage teams, drive performance, and execute large-scale projects . ✅ Business Acumen:  Experience in P&L management, budgeting, and strategic planning . ✅ Communication & Negotiation:  Strong ability to engage with clients, vendors, and stakeholders  effectively.
