What You'll Do:
- Spearhead our sales team to surpass customer acquisition targets and fuel revenue growth, ensuring Gubbacci remains a leader in the competitive apparel market.- Craft and execute comprehensive sales strategies that broaden our client base and solidify our market presence, especially in the school uniform sector.- Take charge of team development - from recruitment to setting ambitious goals, offering mentorship, and closely monitoring performance.- Cultivate lasting relationships with our clients by truly understanding their needs and ensuring Gubbacci exceeds their expectations.- Provide insightful sales, revenue, and expense reports, alongside realistic forecasts, to inform and drive strategic decisions at the management level.- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging markets, and competitive dynamics, ensuring Gubbacci leads with innovation.
