Sr HR Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Manager to lead our HR initiatives in the IT sector. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience with a strong background in talent acquisition employee engagement performance management and organizational development. This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to align HR practices with business goals fostering a highperformance culture in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the IT sector.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and create job descriptions.Employee Engagement:Design and execute employee engagement programs to enhance workplace culture and retention.Conduct regular employee surveys and focus groups to gather feedback and implement improvements.Performance Management:Oversee the performance management process ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.Provide guidance and training to managers on performance appraisals feedback and development plans.Organizational Development:Identify training and development needs; design programs to support employee growth and career advancement.Implement succession planning strategies to ensure leadership continuity.HR Policies and Compliance:Develop update and enforce HR policies and procedures in line with industry standards and legal requirements.Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations maintaining best practices in HR operations.DataDriven Decision Making:Utilize HR metrics and analytics to inform strategic decisions and improve HR processes.Prepare regular reports for senior leadership on HR initiatives challenges and progress.Collaboration and Leadership:Partner with crossfunctional teams to align HR initiatives with business objectives.Mentor and lead the HR team fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.Qualifications:
Bachelor
s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field; Master
s degree or HR certification (e.g. SHRMSCP SPHR) preferred.8 years of HR experience with a focus on the IT sector or related industries.Proven experience in talent acquisition employee engagement and performance management.Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.Excellent interpersonal communication and leadership skills.Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
