Sc. – Preferred) – Preferably degree in Ophthalmology/ MBA – Marketing / Sales Excellent Communication skills Candidate should have 6 to 11 years of experience in Consumer products industry Strong channel & distribution managementskills Essential Knowledge and Skills The incumbent must have good proven communication and sales capabilities Should be able to have meaningful discussion with an ophthalmologist Ability to grasp specialty products and understanding of niche market segments Self-motivated person with proven planning and analytical abilities Sensitive and prompt in responding to customer needs and sensitive to market challenges
