Job Title: JIRA Developer

Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore (Work from Office)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Schedule: 12 days / 3 days a week work from office

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days

Experience Required: Minimum 8+ years

About the Role

We are on the lookout for an experienced and dynamic JIRA Developer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and maintaining automation workflows in Atlassian JIRA, creating plugins, building dashboards, and integrating various tools. Key Responsibilities :

JIRA Automation & Development :


- Develop and maintain automation workflows, extend JIRA capabilities through plugins, and build comprehensive dashboards.

Customization & Configuration :


- Connect add-ons, configure custom fields, create custom preset filters, test outcomes, and identify defects.

Tool Integration :


- Manage maintenance, administration, upgrades, and enhancements to JIRA, Confluence, HipChat, and their integrations with other tools.

Documentation :


- Prepare thorough documentation in accordance with the project lifecycle.

Collaboration :


- Coordinate and work efficiently with large teams, contributing as an individual contributor.

Communication :


- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Must-Have Skills :

- Extensive experience in JIRA Development.

- Proven ability to handle products and develop dashboards/workflows.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Strong background in Atlassian JIRA.

- Experience in developing and maintaining automation workflows.

- Must be an individual contributor with a proactive approach.

- Nice-to-Have Skills

- Experience in team handling.

Qualifications :

- Any Graduation degree.

- Minimum relevant experience of 5-6 years in the current role.

- Candidates with an administrative background will not be considered.
