Scope: TA Partneracts as the Business Partner to the assigned organization addressing businessneeds and delivering E2E-recruiting activity incl. sourcing, attracting, assessing,and hiring active and passive candidates for core business roles. Develops,proposes and/or implements (TA) policies, methods, processes, or programs, andadvises managers and employees accordingly. This position leads a team ofrecruiters on contract roles.

Stakeholderdetails i.e. Business leaders, P&O community (People & Organization - HR)& Hiring Managers

Areas of responsibilities:

Ensures adherence to defined TAguidelines, processes, and procedures, systems & tools and ensures achievement of agreed performance standards. Supports development and implements recruiting standards in order to ensure effective staffing in the organization. Partnerwith P&O operations and P&O business partners orline management in related matters. Supportplans and executes projects/initiatives to improve recruiting processes. Driverecruiting specific transactions such as intakemeetings, assessments & P&O interviews for applications inprocess, active sourcing for roles, offer &negotiation, workflows, candidate engagement etc. Responds to routine/non routine inquiries from hiringmanagers & applicants on operational andat escalation level. Ensureeffective usage of the standard global IT landscape to efficiently execute recruiting administration. Acts as first point of escalation to solve operational or procedural issues. Drive operational processes, and lead the team assigned Publishweekly and monthly TA related reports, data and analytics Proactivesourcing and management of candidate pools Usemarket intelligence and knowledge of channels and talent pools to identify hardto find passive candidates. Successfullysell Siemens as an employer of choice, so candidates express firm interest inorganization. Buildsrelationships with passive candidates so that they remain engaged andinterested in Siemens Keepsup to date on the latest techniques and developments in sourcing (includingonline and offline methods), and actively demonstrates this in practice Assessmentand selection of candidates Buildengaging relationships with all stakeholders through trust, teamwork and directcommunication Usefacts, knowledge, experience and critical reasoning to develop solutions withthe stakeholder Analysesmetrics & KPI’s to make recommendations. Maintainan advanced knowledge of key industry and organizational metrics Supportsthe day 1 onboarding process of new hires.

You bring:

9 – 12 years of end to end Talent acquisition experience Independent, self-motivated, with strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills Experience in using applicant tracking systems is an advantage. Ability to work in a matrix organization. Hiring experience in the Technology, Automation industry
