Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends to senior management. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience in business development, sales, or related role. Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and market dynamics. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
