Job DescriptionMarketing & Communication
  • Develop and manage annual and monthly marketing plans aligned with admissions targets.
  • Maintain and regularly update the school's social media and digital presence.
  • Create content for newsletters, brochures, banners, videos, and other promotional materials.
  • Ensure all communication aligns with the school's Jain ethos and academic values.
  • Support admission counsellors and collaborate with administrative teams.
  • Liaise with academic, finance, and other departments for smooth admissions.
  • Track and report admissions trends and marketing performance.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for marketing material and execution.
Admissions Support
  • Collaborate with the admissions team to drive enrolment campaigns.
  • Follow up with leads from calls, emails, walk-ins, and events.
  • Maintain and update the CRM/lead database with accurate conversion tracking.
  • Review applications and verify documentation.
  • Assist parents in completing required admission formalities.
  • Participate in parent feedback and perception sessions.
Event Coordination
  • Plan and manage school events such as open houses, fairs, and outreach activities.
  • Handle logistical requirements for all events and activities.
  • Develop and distribute promotional materials like brochures, leaflets, and digital content.
  • Represent the school during external initiatives and maintain stakeholder relations.
Public Relations
  • Build strong relationships with local media, community leaders, and key stakeholders.
  • Work with the Principal to gather parent and community feedback.
Market Research & Competitor Monitoring
  • Monitor competitor schools' marketing initiatives and benchmark best practices.
  • Gather and analyse parent feedback to improve campaigns and messaging.
