Job Title: Business Development Manager – HR Recruiting & Consulting

Location: Hyderabad (Onsite Only – No Remote/Hybrid)

Type: Full Time / Permanent

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to expand our HR recruiting and consulting services portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities in the HR and talent acquisition domain, and contributing to the overall growth of our consulting practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with current HR/recruitment consulting clients, proactively identifying areas for additional engagement or service expansion.
  • Identify and connect with potential clients to establish new business relationships and present tailored HR consulting solutions.
  • Develop new sales pipelines and target markets specifically within HR, talent acquisition, and workforce solutions.
  • Research evolving HR industry trends, recruitment technologies, and best practices to continuously identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales, delivery, and recruitment teams to ensure client requirements, project milestones, and revenue goals are met.
  • Mentor and train junior sales and recruiting consultants to enhance team performance and meet collective targets.
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of our HR/recruitment service offerings, value propositions, and competitive landscape to ensure a strategic market position.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales within the HR, staffing, or recruitment consulting industry.
  • Existing network or established relationships in the HR/recruitment ecosystem is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical thinker with strong research abilities and a drive to exceed targets.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams (sales, delivery, consulting) and with clients.
  • Experience mentoring or training junior staff is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Marketing or related field preferred.

Note:
This is a 100% onsite role based in Hyderabad. Remote or hybrid work arrangements are not available.
