The ideal candidate will have strong experience in building automated test frameworks, integrating AI/ML tools to optimize testing workflows, and ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of complex applications.Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks for web, mobile, API, and enterprise applications.- Leverage AI/ML-powered tools (e.g., Testim, Mabl, Applitools, Functionize, or custom AI solutions) to enhance test automation, defect prediction, and intelligent test case generation.- Implement self-healing test scripts to reduce test maintenance effort.- Collaborate with development, Dev Ops, and product teams to ensure continuous testing in CI/CD pipelines.- Analyze large test execution data sets to identify trends, flakiness, and performance bottlenecks.- Integrate AI-based test data generation and predictive analytics to optimize coverage.- Ensure high standards of quality for functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.- Mentor junior QA engineers on test automation best practices and AI-driven testing methodologies.Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- 4–8 years of experience in Test Automation and Quality Assurance.- Proficiency in automation tools/frameworks: Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, Rest Assured, Test NG/JUnit.- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or Java Script/Type Script.- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI, Azure Dev Ops).- Hands-on knowledge of AI/ML-based test automation tools (Applitools, Testim, Mabl, Functionize, etc.).- Familiarity with cloud-based testing platforms (Browser Stack, Sauce Labs).- Strong understanding of API testing (Postman, Karate, Rest Assured) and performance testing (JMeter, k6, Locust).- Knowledge of AI concepts such as NLP, anomaly detection, predictive analytics, and generative AI for QA is a plus.Preferred Skills- Experience with self-healing test automation frameworks.- Exposure to Gen AI (LLMs) for test case generation and automation.- Knowledge of microservices testing and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).- Experience in shift-left testing and Test Ops practices.Soft Skills- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing technologies and environments.What We Offer- Opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI-driven QA technologies.- Collaborative, innovative, and inclusive work culture.- Competitive salary and benefits package.- Career growth with exposure to AI and next-gen automation practices.
