Inviting applications for the role of ServiceNow Architect

We are seeking a candidate who has hands-on design, development, and deployment experience with the ServiceNow platform. You should also have experience of agile development model and team management. Also, able to handle business to provide relevant best solution. Now Mobile solution design and implementation experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities:

  • Able to manage group developer, Sr developer for custom app delivery, including Now Mobile app development.
  • Configuration/Customization of the ServiceNow platform, including creating workflows on Now Mobile.
  • Implement Now Mobile for enterprise level custom application on ServiceNow platform.
  • Hands on experience Mobile Studio, Mobile App Builder & Mobile Card Builder is required.
  • Able to create good user experience for mobile users by converting the existing forms and portals on ServiceNow into Now Mobile app.
  • Experience in maintaining a mobile app for larger enterprise groups including platform upgrade knowledge.
  • Lead the conceptualization, design, development, implementation, and maintenance of new and existing features for the existing portfolio of applications for a business area.
  • Use scripting tools and ServiceNow functionality to automate rote tasks fulfillment in ServiceNow.
  • Perform integrations and process automation using Service Now Orchestration.
  • Load, manipulate and maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems.
  • Perform system and integration testing with sample and live data Monitor health, usage, and overall compliance of the application.
  • Collaborate with team members and business users to clarify requirements and confirm design/implementation.
  • Follow set coding best practices and standards.
  • Adhere to the system development life cycle (SDLC) processes.
  • Document processes/solutions/fixes in Knowledge Base.
  • Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, the Strategic Business Units, Strategic Support Units, and the Company. Interact appropriately with others to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications/skills:

  • BS degree or higher in Information Technology
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and collaborative skills.
  • Thorough understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes.
  • Team management experience.
  • ServiceNow implementation experience in custom application or any module in SN product line, including Now Mobile feature.
  • Hands-on experience in Glide and Jelly Scripting, Java Script, HTML, XML, & AJAX.
  • Experience with Integrations with 3rd party tools using (web services, SOAP, email, MID, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience working with relational databases.
  • Hands-on experience with web UI development technologies that include HTML, CSS, and AJAX in Service Portal & Now Mobile app.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer , any implementation mainline certificate.
  • Experience utilizing Agile/SCRUM Methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of troubleshooting principles and practices
  • Must be able to learn and support new and fast-changing technologies like Gen AI, Co Pilot , etc.,
