Job Title: Go-to-Market Engineer (Clay Expert) Company: HubCredo Location: Remote (India) Employment Type: Full-Time, 8 hours/day (Contractual) Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000/month + Bonuses Start Date: Immediate Note: This is not a coding/software development role. Please apply only when you worked with Clay ( for more than a year. About HubCredo: HubCredo is a B2B demand generation and sales acceleration agency helping global startups scale faster through AI-driven GTM systems, automated workflows, and multi-channel outreach. We use tools such as Clay, Apollo, Instantly, automations, and no-code/low-code platforms like n8n and Zapier to build scalable and efficient sales and marketing automation. Key Responsibilities: Create smart Clay workflows for data enrichment and email personalization. 2. Use the right prompts and LLM models to get the required information. 3. Integrate tools and APIs to make workflows faster and cheaper. 4. Manage Clay credits wisely while testing and running data. 5. Set up meeting scheduling and post-call analysis inside Clay. Required Skills 1. 1+ year hands-on experience using Clay for workflow building. 2. Strong knowledge of prompts, LLMs, and automation inside Clay. 3. Experience connecting tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Sheets, etc. 4. Able to optimize workflows to reduce cost and improve output quality. 5. Good problem-solving skills to fix and improve automation flows. Nice to Have 1. Experience in B2B lead generation or sales operations. 2. Knowledge of cold email tools (Instantly, Smartlead, etc.). 3. Good understanding of APIs and webhooks. 4. Ability to audit workflows and suggest improvements.
