Education and Training Training Operations Flexible location Full Time, Fixed Term 11/12/2025 $91,381 base salary per annum (based on 1.0FTE) + super + salary packaging Full-time, max term until 31 January 2027 - 12 month contract, immediate start Flexible location / WFH options available About the role   Reporting to the Fellowship Exams Lead, The Fellowship Exams Officer supports the end-to-end delivery of Fellowship exams. Working with National Assessment Advisors, Medical Educators, candidates and contractors. You'll manage exam administration, logistics, systems, and stakeholder support to ensure timely, high-quality, nationally consistent assessments. As our Fellowship Exams Officer, you'll also:   Coordinate the end-to-end administration, logistics, and delivery of Fellowship exams, including enrolments, materials, rosters, communications, and candidate support Provide high-quality stakeholder service, responding to candidate, contractor, and educator queries, and offering technical support for exam systems Support exam content creation and review, liaising with National Assessment Advisors, Medical Educators, and GP contractors to ensure quality and consistency Contribute to continuous improvement by maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with policies, and implementing process enhancements for exam delivery Skills and experience Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and database/CRM systems Strong administrative and organisational skills Excellent communication and service focus Ability to adapt and work under pressure Benefits of working with us Maximise your pay - Salary package up to $15,900 tax-free for living expenses, plus additional options for meals, entertainment and novated leases, with 17.5% annual leave loading Extra paid leave - End-of-year closure, plus cultural, ceremonial, gender transition and volunteer leave Work-life balance - Flexible hybrid work opportunities nationwide Career development - A commitment to your career development, with a clear Capability Framework to guide your progression, and a contemporary professional development program to build your skills.
