**Microsoft Azure Corporate Trainer – Job Description** Koenig Solutions is seeking an experienced Microsoft Azure Corporate Trainer to deliver high‑quality technical training to corporate clients and internal teams across global locations. This role is pivotal in helping professionals build competence in Microsoft Azure infrastructure and services, and requires a combination of strong technical expertise and exceptional communication and presentation skills. **Responsibilities:** - Deliver instructor‑led training, workshops and boot camps covering Azure IaaS, PaaS and SaaS services, virtualization, networking, storage, identity, monitoring, DevOps and security. - Design, customize and update course curricula, labs and instructional materials aligned with Microsoft’s official training requirements and industry best practices. - Conduct hands‑on lab sessions, demonstrations and assessments to reinforce learning outcomes and ensure participants can apply knowledge in real‑world environments. - Collaborate with clients and training managers to understand specific learning objectives and tailor content and delivery methods accordingly. - Facilitate certification preparation sessions and provide guidance on exam objectives for Azure Administrator, Azure Solutions Architect, Azure Security Engineer and related certifications. - Maintain current expertise in Microsoft Azure technologies, trends and certifications; continually enhance professional knowledge through research, certifications and training. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to trainees, answer queries, conduct evaluations and recommend next steps for continued learning and certification. - Assist in developing proposals, pre‑sales activities and client consultations to define training requirements and solutions. - Follow organizational processes and guidelines to ensure consistent training delivery and high customer satisfaction. **Qualifications & Experience:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field. - Minimum 5–10 years of experience in cloud computing, infrastructure or system administration, with at least 3 years focused on training or technical instruction in Microsoft Azure. - Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) credential, or willingness to obtain soon after joining. - Minimum certification: Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ‑104) or equivalent. - Preferred certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ‑305), Azure Security Engineer (AZ‑500), Azure DevOps Engineer (AZ‑400). - Strong understanding of infrastructure fundamentals, virtualization, networking, storage, security, automation and DevOps practices. - Experience designing and delivering corporate training programs; excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross‑functional teams; adaptability to different training delivery modes (in‑person, virtual, blended). **Work Mode & Location:** - Work from Office (WFO) with occasional travel to client sites within India or internationally. - Base location: New Delhi, India.
