About the role   Leadership :The Manager for this role isGeoff Sutton, Director Microsoft Success APAC, based in Brisbane.  As an Azure Solutions Specialist youare the key support function within the sales organisation, working across the ANZ teams to utilize your skill set in articulating and driving business value with Microsoft Azure Solutions . You will collaborate with all internal departments and customers as required to ensure their technical and solution needs are met and exceeded where possible.  Along the way, you will get to:  Lead Microsoft Azure conversations with organisational decision makers, to support Insight licensing and professional services opportunity development  Provide general technical expertise support to various client discussions and internal initiatives  Understand client’s business objectives and technical needs to identify the scope of the project and deduce the solution and delivery  Work autonomously to manage multiple engagements, coordinate stakeholders and administrative duties, and additional duties as needed  Work with sales teams on Microsoft Azure pricing and architectural negotiations  Promote unified tools and proposals across sales teams to ensure consistent messaging to Insight customers  Actively contribute to a healthy team culture and share your expertise and learnings with your peers  Be AmbITious: This opportunity is not just about what you do today but also about where you can go tomorrow. When you bring your hunger, heart, and harmony to Insight, your potential will be met with continuous opportunities to upskill, earn promotions, and elevate your career.   We are looking for an Azure Solutions Specialist with the following capabilities:   Azure services and solutions knowledge to be able to architect and identify suitable solutions for clients  Demonstrated experience guiding organisations with cloud migration and adoption activities Cloud security experience to be able to understand and design secure cloud solutions and manage Azure identity and access management  Knowledge of Networking, Virtualization, Identity, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Data Platforms, and Governance  Ability to define and present roadmaps and solutions that translate technology solutions into business value and ROI  Ability to design a solution for scalability and performance  Proven capability to work with a client to provide thought leadership, understand their needs, and deliver solutions that meet their requirements  Proven ability to lead client engagements with senior stakeholders, and technical demonstrations around Azure  Solid understanding of governance, change management, and adoption concepts  Deep and broadunderstanding of Microsoft Azure services, features, and pricing tiers  Demonstrated presalessuccess and ability to influence client decision makers  Demonstrated project delivery, autonomy, and time management skills  Substantial experience in technical roles within a managed services environment (desired)  Knowledge across most Microsoft Azure cloud offerings  Relevant Microsoft certifications and Microsoft programs knowledge (desired)  Ability to effectively problem solve complex issues with minimal supervision  What you can expect    We’re legendary for taking care of you, your family and for helping you engage with your local community.
