Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to meet or exceed sales targets within the assigned region. Team Leadership: Manage a team of FL’s, ASM’s within the region. Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure team success. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, prospects, and partners within the region. Identify customer needs and provide solutions to drive customer satisfaction and retention. Market Analysis : Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth within the region. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze data to track progress towards sales targets. Prepare regular reports and forecasts for management review. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term sales strategies and initiatives. Provide input on product development, pricing strategies, and marketing campaigns. Budget Management: Develop and manage the regional sales budget, including expenses related to sales activities, travel, and promotional events. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives. Compliance : Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to sales activities and customer interactions.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field. Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably within the same industry or related field. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales forecasting and data analysis, Ability to travel within the region as needed.
