Key Account Manager

a robot.We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Key Account Manager (KAM) to join our team. The KAM will play a crucial role in managing and expanding relationships with our key clients, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the courier and logistics industry.Who can apply?Think you’ve got it in you? Having min 4 to 5 years’ experience in B2C Sales. Preferably from Ecom or Logistics Industry.-
Proficiency in English and local language.-
Proficiency in MS Office. Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.-
Self-motivated with a results-driven approachWhat duties does the job involve?During your time as a KAM in our ITL team, you will do the following:1) Client Relationship Management:-
Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts.-
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.-
Conduct regular business reviews and meetings with clients to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.2) Account Development:-
Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to key accounts.-
Develop and execute account strategies to meet and exceed client expectations.-
Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that address client-specific requirements.3) Performance Monitoring:-
Monitor account performance metrics, ensuring that service levels and delivery standards are consistently met.-
Analyze data and client feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.-
Prepare and present reports on account performance and service outcomes to clients and senior management.4) Problem Resolution:-
Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise with key accounts in a timely and effective manner.-
Work closely with operational teams to ensure that client concerns are addressed and resolved to their satisfaction.5) Market Insights:-
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to provide valuable insights to clients and the company.-
