Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Relationship Manager at our Pune location. The Senior Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, providing real estate investment advice, assisting clients with property transactions, managing and coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience in client relationship management, customer service, and building long-term client trust
  • Knowledge of real estate market trends, property sales, and investment opportunities
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other related tools
  • Experience with home loan processes and documentation is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field
  • Ability to work on-site in Pune
