Key Responsibilities / Task List 1. Teacher Capacity Building â— Conduct on-site teacher training sessions on CBE principles and methodologies. â— Provide training materials and guides tailored to each school context. â— Conduct SWOT analysis for teachers to identify strengths, gaps, and improvement areas. â— Support teachers in FLN, life skills, soft skills, and student leadership activities. â— Conduct one-on-one mentoring to ensure effective classroom execution. 3. Student Learning & Classroom Support â— Support teachers in implementing project-based and experiential learning activities. â— Encourage peer learning and collaborative exercises among students. â— Track student progress in Foundational Literacy & Numeracy (FLN), critical thinking, and life skills. â— Provide structured feedback to teachers based on classroom observations. 4. Program Implementation & Curriculum Alignment â— Assist teachers in aligning lessons with CBE principles and NEP 2020 guidelines. â— Support curriculum adaptation for different grade levels and local languages. â— Guide teachers in competency-based assessment and evaluation methods. â— Introduce innovative teaching tools and approaches to improve learning outcomes. 5. Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting â— Monitor teacher performance, classroom implementation, and student learning outcomes. â— Maintain records of training sessions, lesson observations, and assessments. â— Submit weekly field reports documenting teacher and student progress. â— Use monitoring data to provide actionable recommendations for program improvement. 6. Community & Stakeholder Engagement â— Engage SMCs, parents, and community members to support student learning initiatives. â— Facilitate school-level events, exhibitions, and showcases for student work. â— Act as a liaison for program activities involving community stakeholders and partner organizations. 7. Continuous Learning & Development â— Stay updated with the latest CBE teaching methods, pedagogical research, and educational tools. â— Participate in internal training, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions. â— Recommend new strategies and approaches to enhance CBE implementation in schools. 8. Team Coordination â— Collaborate with program coordinators, school leadership, and other trainers to ensure consistent program delivery. â— Share insights, challenges, and best practices during team meetings. â— Support coordinators in school-level action planning and teacher follow-ups. Technical Skills Required â— Strong understanding of Competency-Based Education and NEP 2020 guidelines. â— Experience in teacher training, classroom mentoring, and competency-based program implementation. â— Knowledge of FLN, life skills, and student leadership development. â— Familiarity with data collection, assessment tools, and monitoring systems.
