Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive with prior experience in the generator or power solutions industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and visit potential customers in industrial, commercial, and residential sectors.
  • Promote and sell diesel generators (DG sets), AMCs, and related services.
  • Generate leads through cold calls, field visits, references, and online platforms.
  • Prepare and present quotations to customers based on their power requirements.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals.
  • Maintain regular follow-up with existing clients for repeat business and AMC renewals.
  • Coordinate with service and installation teams for smooth order fulfilment.
  • Maintain sales reports and provide feedback to management.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2 to 4 years in Sales, preferably in the Generator or Power industry.
  • Education: Graduate/ Post Graduate (Engineering/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Basic technical knowledge of diesel generators and power backup systems.
  • Ability to work independently and meet monthly sales targets.
  • Own two-wheeler and valid driving license are mandatory.
  • Good local network and knowledge of the Pune market.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,443.53 per month
