Job Title : Business Analyst (Presales - Software)


Job Location : Ahmedabad & Gandhinagar


Experience Required : 3 to 10 Years


Work Mode : Work from Office, Full Time


Roles and Responsibilities :


- Independently drive end to end presales, technical solutions, response, and estimation on opportunities (RFI/RFP/RFQ)


- Defining the features and scope of POCs (Proof of Concepts) for all stated requirements


- Respond to (Request for Information) RFI/(Request for Quotation) RFQ / (Request for Proposals)RFPs within stipulated timelines


- Generate leads, identify business challenges, key trends in the markets and explore opportunities too.


- Generate business & New Lead for the Company Should have experience in preparing pre-sales documents (Proposals, Quotes, Emails, Brochures, Etc.).


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including IT, development, and operations) to define project scope, goals, and deliverables


- Developing Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS or FRD), Preparing Comprehensive Request for Proposals (RFP).


- Evaluating the data collected through task analysis, business process & surveys.


- Providing suggestions to the development team during the development stage of the application to meet the client's business needs.


- Coordinating with the clients and working accordingly and collecting data from the clients.


- Drafting the requirement and sharing estimation.


- Provide ongoing support and act as a liaison between business users and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.


- Knowledge of project management principles and practices.


Must have Skills :


- Business Analysis, Requirement Gathering,


- Technical Documentation - FRD, BRD, SSRS


- Hands on experience with POCs (Proof of Concepts), RFI (Request for Information), RFQ (Request for

Quotation), RFP (Request for Proposals) and Presales related to Software Products


- Experience with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).


- Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)


Education Qualification :


- BE / B Tech in Computer Science, IT or related field


- M Sc / M Tech in Computer Science, IT, MCA
