We are building Yoco – a mobile app and web platform  – and are looking for a skilled Backend Developer  to join our team. You’ll be working closely with our Flutter mobile developer  and React frontend developer , providing backend support and developing APIs to power the project. Location : On Site | Nagpur Type : Full-time Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs  for mobile and web platforms. Handle database design, queries, and optimisation . Ensure smooth integration of APIs with Flutter (Android/iOS)  and React web frontend . Implement authentication, data security, and role-based access . Troubleshoot and resolve backend issues independently . Deploy and maintain backend on cloud/hosting platforms . Requirements 2–4 years of proven experience  in backend development. Strong proficiency in Node.js / Express.js  (or equivalent backend framework). Solid knowledge of MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB  (any one). Experience with API documentation tools  (Postman/Swagger). Hands-on with server deployment  (AWS / GCP / DigitalOcean / etc.). Good understanding of scalability, performance, and security best practices . Ability to work independently without constant guidance . Optional but Valuable   Experience with Firebase (Auth, Notifications, Realtime DB/Firestore) . Exposure to CI/CD, Git, Docker .
