Roles and Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
  • Manage and lead the sales team to drive sales performance and meet or exceed sales targets
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals
  • Monitor sales metrics and provide regular reports to the management team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth sales process and excellent customer service
  • Stay updated with industry trends and developments to identify new sales opportunities
