Oversee Monthly Books Closure: Ensure timely and accurate closing of monthly financial statements, coordinating with accounting teams to finalize reconciliations, accruals, and adjustments while ensuring compliance with regulatory and reporting standards.

Internal Controls: Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.

Internal/ External Auditing: Oversee and coordinate internal audit activities. Ensure the effectiveness of internal controls and address any issues identified during internal audits. Liaise with external auditors during financial audits. Provide necessary documentation and support to facilitate the audit process and ensure timely completion.

Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analysis to support strategic decision making. Provide recommendations for cost control, revenue enhancement, and financial performance improvements.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards, including tax compliance, financial audits, and regulatory reporting.

Team Management: Lead and mentor the finance team, including accountants and financial analysts. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance financial efficiency and effectiveness.

Stakeholder Communication: Communicate financial information and insights to senior management and other stakeholders. Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and other financial partners.


Direct Reporting to CFO


Qualifications -

  • CA Pass-out (First Attempt)
  • 7-8 Years of Experience, preferably in FMCG or E-commerce
  • Strong experience in audit management and financial reporting
  • Proven ability to handle auditors and compliance processes
  • Strong academic background
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
