This role is strategic and outcome-focused—you’ll drive client satisfaction, adoption, and retention.It is not a customer support or sales position, but a proactive partnership role ensuring clients get the most value from our solutions.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients. Conduct regular check-ins and ensure successful product adoption. Share client insights with internal teams to enhance product experience. Track client satisfaction and take proactive steps to improve retention. Identify opportunities for clients to expand product usage. Skills & Qualifications:1–3 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Relations (SaaS/Tech preferred). Experience with U.S.-based clients is a plus. Strong English communication and relationship-building skills. Familiar with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk). Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
