Cyber Security Project Manager

About the job (Job Responsibilities)Prepare, lead, execute and deliver cyber security projects, safe within defined scope, schedule, budget and dedicated qualitySelect, lead, and develop the multifunctional project teamApply and adhere to Nouryon’s project management methodologyEnsure compliance to company directivesTake owner’s role, bringing value to the business with accountability for project delivery.
Project initiation
– Identify and analyze business needs, stakeholders and linkages to other projects and define project scope and objectivesResult: Project scope and objectives are clear, attainable, and approved
Project plan
– Formulate the project plan, ensure procurement involvement, define project execution and delivery model, determine budget, and required resources, clarify role and involvement level of team members and acquire approvalResult: Project plan, budget and required resources are approved
Project execution
– Coordinate, monitor and accountably manage project activities, manage and mitigate project risks, issues, changes and deviations and resources and take corrective actions when necessary. Build a comprehensive set of retrievable and broadly accessible project documentation incl. reporting.
Project delivery & closure
– Ensure readiness for Mechanical Completion and hand over to operations, evaluate and close project, identify and analyze lessons learned, archive project documents and hand over project to operations and/or line management and PMO.Result: Completion of project objectives, realization of deliverables, continuous improvement of project management skills, feedback relevant data to PMO and acceptance of end product by business.
Relations Management
– Build, maintain and utilize a network of in- and external stakeholders/partners and represent the project within the organizationResult: Network is sustainable and accessible and contributes to project success
Project information
– Provide insights regarding quantitative and qualitative developments by means of periodical progress, financial, risk and ad hoc reports and/or analyses to the project champion and the project Steering Committee.Result: Project information enables management and/or other stakeholders to make (timely) decisions and determine or adjust project plan
People Management and Development
(where applicable)

Attract, (functionally) lead, coach, appraise and develop employees, ensure staffing, and stimulate talent(management)Result: Project team is engaged, deployable (quantitative and qualitative) and capable of realizing the (department/team) objectives
Negotiations
– Negotiate, strategically, technically, and financially consulted by procurement with internal and/or external parties, acquire approval and/or close contracts/SLA’s and monitor compliance with contracts/SLA’sResult: Services of internal and/or external parties against reasonable quality and price
Specifics
– Handover to operations. The Project Manager remains responsible for budget and schedule control, project final documentation and financial close-out.
We believe you bring (Education & Experience)Relevant content experience in different multiple units of chemical plants, disciplines, locations (cultures – international environment) and/or other companiesMinimum 5 years of experience in a Cyber Security projectsMore than 8 years project management experienceA minimum of 6 years relevant works experience in an international corporation.Significant relevant work experience and broad general knowledge of information security IT security managementExperience supporting and working on various cyber security technology projects such as SIEM, Logging tools, firewalls, IDS/IPS, EDR, UEBAKnowledge of authentication technologies such as privileged access management, Active Directory, etc.Knowledge of networking and networking protocolsMaster/ bachelor’s degree in business management, computer science, computer engineering, mathematics, or a related field of studyProfessional certification - PMP or equivalentCyber Security certifications a plus
