Lead and/or participate in projects covering the Cyber Security domain as well as any project that requires support to ensure it is implemented in a secure way. About the job (Job Responsibilities) Supports demand management in writing project charters and translation into detailed requirements – in line with the IPM project methodology. Translates business requirements into solutions and/or solution directions. Defines, agrees and communicates the roadmap for the security components in scope. Reviews impact assessment and solution directions for change requests. Keeps IM documentation and CMDB up-to-date for the business processes and applications in scope. Ensure quality and consistency with template design for deployments – check of designs and build. Supports the testing and training activities for CR’s and in projects. Contributes to and initiates continuous improvement activities. Key Activities Cyber Solution Architecture and maintain Cyber architecture and maturity models based on NIST and other industry standards expert knowledge and experience in infrastructure technologies (network, servers, data centers, workplace etc..) especially Microsoft based and with significant cyber experience. infrastructure and cyber projects in developing deployable architectures. the Enterprise Architects in creating the Enterprise Architecture for the Core and Cyber domains. and experience with Identity Management solutions and implementations for DR/BC/Cyber Recovery expert knowledge in this area preferably experience implementing and executing DR/BC/Cyber recovery technologies and projects. closely with our IM Service organization (Continuity manager) and CISO team to develop and maintain our cyber recovery approach. Security Configuration Management a strong role in developing and implementing a config management approach. on developing BSL’s, cyber configuration standards and change alerting standards, policies, procedures, and controls within the Cyber domain. closely with the CISO team to ensure alignment between IM and CISO related to polices, standards, procedures and controls. IM and CISO team in Risk Assessment and Vulnerability Management participate in the Vulnerability and Risk management processes register, and help resolve IM related cyber risks. the IM findings management process working closely with CISO GRC IM in successfully submitting risk acceptance requests. to the continuous security awareness program. Security Awareness program will be executed by the Office of the CISO, where the support is delivered to build a cyber security-conscious culture for Nouryon through increasing awareness and providing knowledge. the awareness creation, knowledge, mind-set and culture within the IM organization. and implement the fit for purpose IM services to support the awareness program and company information security capabilities. response and recovery from cyber security incidents an active member in case of major incidents. the cyber security incident management process. the relationship with the SOC (managed service). and report on relevant KPIs the creation of the appropriate security Architecture content in conjunction with IM colleagues and CISO team. We believe you bring (Education & Experience) Significant experience in IT infrastructure areas including 10+ years in the many of the following Datacenter (Windows/Linux, Virtual/Physical, Hosted/Cloud(Azure) Storage/Backup/Recovery. Experience with Dell Cyber Vault, VMware and Azure are especially Critical. Network (Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet, SD-Wan, Solarwinds and Guardicore). Workplace (Windows, Azure, AD, Azure AD, Defender …) Cyber Experience (Security Operations, NIST Controls, Mitre, IRT and Cyber Recovery) Cyber Technologies (Defender, UEBA(Exabeam), SIEM, Vulnerability Mgmt, PAM(One Identity)) Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related subject (computer science etc...) CISSP or equivalent cyber accreditation preferred Level of Autonomy Co-responsible for the solution architecture activities in his/her functional expertise area: Cyber Security related to Infrastructure Area of Expertise: Infrastructure and Cyber Security Strong expertise with IT infrastructure from Data Centers, servers and back/dr systemsm Workplace experience including Windows OS, mobile devices and Office 365 Cloud experience primarily around Azure and the use of Iaa S and Paa S Networking especially related to network segmentation, Intrusion detection and access control. Must be very familiar with NIST, FICAM and Mitre, with ISO 27001 a plus Must be very familiar with DR/BCP and related processes and technologies Examples: Challenge: different possible solutions to solve cyber security requirement.
