Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales / Business Development Manager for all our branches across kerala . The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving the branch’s total revenue targets, encompassing tours, travel packages, and visa services. This role demands a strategic and results-driven individual with a profound understanding of the travel industry and strong leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Generation:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed the branch’s revenue goals across tours, travel packages, and visa services.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary to ensure targets are achieved.
Market Analysis and Strategy:
Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends.
Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to expand the customer base and increase market share.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel agents, corporate clients, and other stakeholders.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service and support.
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Travel & Tourism, or a related field.
Proven experience in a sales management role within the insurance/tours and travels domain.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and team members.
